At our beauty store, we offer free shipping on all orders over $60. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and all returned items must be in their original condition. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for any returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving the return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend sending it via a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
