At our beauty store, we offer free shipping on all orders over $60. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and all returned items must be in their original condition. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for any returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving the return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions about shipping and returns, please contact our customer service team.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend sending it via a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
